Decision-support, not a decision. FlaggedRx surfaces public regulatory flags and links to the authoritative source. It is a tool to assist a human Quality owner — it does not make qualification decisions, and it is not a substitute for your own supplier qualification under 21 CFR 211 or any applicable regulation.
FlaggedRx aggregates publicly published medical-product regulatory signals (recalls, import alerts, warning letters, refusals, NSQ/spurious lists) across multiple regulators and lets you search and monitor them. Data is provided "as is," sourced from third- party government systems that we do not control and that may be incomplete, delayed, or revised.
FlaggedRx reports the presence or absence of a flag, with provenance. Absence of a flag is never an all-clear and never an assertion that a product, batch, or supplier is safe, genuine, or compliant. You must not represent FlaggedRx output as a safety determination.
Public, non-personal regulatory data only. You agree not to use the service to harass a firm, to make automated adverse decisions about individuals, or in violation of any law or a source's terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlaggedRx and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the service (including pulling or retaining inventory, or qualifying or dropping a supplier). Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those may not apply to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may modify or discontinue the service or these terms; continued use means acceptance. Either party may terminate a paid plan per its plan terms.
